Fast delivery & good communication

Before purchasing my drawer runners I emailed sales for advice regarding my requirements and they replied quickly with good advice.
This led to my purchase being made, as they were also slightly cheaper than other suppliers of the same product. I selected standard delivery, but it arrived much quicker than expected.

I have opened the parcel and checked the product. It seems well made and strong. The only disappointment is that no instructions were supplied for fitting and only the basic information on the website is available. Luckily the more expensive supplier has full product instructions available to download without purchase!

I have yet to fit the product within my project, but I am hopeful that they will work as intended and serve their purpose for a long time.
