The switch is designed for use with lighting such as incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamp, LED bulbs, transformers and power supplies for lighting devices. Lighting equipment will turn on and off by briefly touching the sensor tightened with a screw.

Great touch switch and sensor screw is actually included!

Nice surprise in the box to have good looking stainless screw with a flat cylinder top included as the sensor.
It works really well with a 220v led strip.
The sensitivity is great and adjustability seems good. I’ve not integrated it in a project yet, but it should be easy with the 2m long cable.

I've been looking for something to replace a touch switch that a trician fitted when I had a house extension 10 years ago, the old unit expired a few years ago and I had to make a bodge. This unit replaced it like for like and has worked perfectly for the last few months. It's like something that is science fiction when you speak with most electrical suppliers (I've been looking for one for a few years!). Well done Solmer, top work!
