Very well made and robust mechanism, as it needs to be to take the specified weight. Good double packing with protective padding. The fitting instructions are diagrams which I did not find easy to read. I found digital versions of them on the website of the manufacturer (Hafele) and when enlarged 400% they were much easier to read. The product comes with no screws and not all the screw holes are the same size. I contacted the manufacturer in Germany who said the different sizes were part of the production process and that the same size screws could be used in all of them. I used more screws than on the instructions just to be on the safe side. I did not find the powerful springs easy to fit and I found on YouTube a method for expanding a spring to enable you to fit it to the two studs. Once fitted the mechanism works well but the front corners of the shelf support are pointed and need protection with some sort of buffer.
